The Lokalzeit is a local news programme. Its editions usually cover a smaller part of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia than it's counterparts WDR Aktuell and the Aktuelle Stunde. It is broadcast by the various studios of the Westdeutscher Rundfunk across the state.
