Los 40, formerly known as Los 40 Principales, are a brand name of radio stations originating from Spain. It is broadcast in 12 countries under the same brand name, with 29 million listeners across Spain and Latin America. Its format is the adult contemporary hits, more commonly known as the CHR format, primarily to top 40 charts inspired by radio stations in the United States.
