Lucknow Super Giants is an franchise in the Indian Premier League, the top Indian franchise league for Twenty20 cricket. It is based in Lucknow, the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh, and owned by the RPSG Group, which also owned the Rising Pune Supergiant franchise in 2016–2017. It is one of two new IPL teams to be launched in 2022, along with Gujarat Titans.
