MGS/LRS are a pair of TV stations in South Australia owned by WIN Corporation (MGS = Mount Gambier South Australia / LRS = Loxton Riverland South Australia).

WINtv 2001

MGS-41 began transmission on 1 January 2004 as an affiliate of Network Ten. The introduction of this station saw SES become a sole Nine Network affiliate until September 2007.

On 30 January 2006, WIN SA was renamed WIN Ten.

As an affiliate of Network Ten, LRS-34 began transmission on 1 January 2004.

After WIN Ten's analogue signal was switched off on 15 December 2010, WIN Ten was renamed Ten SA in Mount Gambier.

On 1 July 2016, WIN Ten aligned with Network Ten after their program supply agreements through its affiliations with Seven Network to WIN Seven and Nine Network to WIN Nine, to represent a change in affiliation within the WIN Network.
