A variant from original prints of the final episode of St. Elsewhere. Fans have described this variant as the saddest logo ever, due to Mimsie flatlining and dying. Mimsie eventually died in real life shortly after this episode aired, with MTM Enterprises officially ceasing all operations a decade later. It is also extremely rare, according to the CLG Wiki, and it most often gets plastered by a 20th Century Fox Television or 20th Television logo.
