Mobile TeleSystems (or MTS) is the largest telecommunications company in Russia by subscribers, followed by MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2. MTS also operates in Belarus and Armenia (as VivaCell MTS), and formerly in Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan (as UMS) and India.
