In 2008, MTV3+ was replaced by a pay TV channel called MTV3 AVA.

2011–2012[]
On 15 January 2011, MTV3 AVA was renamed to AVA and became an advertising-supported free-to-air terrestrial channel.
2012–2013[]

The logo became a hand-drawn scribbled logo in July 2012; this would be short-lived, lasting for 16 months until the company-wide rebranding of MTV Oy in November 2013.
2013–2022[]
A new logo and graphics package was introduced on 3 November 2013 along with the rest of MTV Oy. The new on-screen typeface is FS Emeric, which is used by MTV3 and most other properties of the company.
