1989–2003
When the Magnum was first introduced, the logo consisted of an all-caps sans-serif typeface with the first and the last M bigger than the other letters. This is the logo that all the other ones until 2014 were based on.
2003–2006
The logo was altered slightly in 2003, with the logo becoming three dimensional and less sharp.
2006–present
Magnum received an overall update of its identity in 2006, including a new logo and new packages. The logo is now golden, with a different font, thinner than before. The two 'M's are now specular. At the same time, the Magnum "seal" was introduced, with a stamped 'M' on the side of every ice cream.[1]
2014–present
With the celebration of their 25th anniversary, Magnum changed its logo. The new logo is based on a golden letter 'M', placed in the center of a brown circle, with the word Magnum smaller, under the M. This logo is used in tandem with the 2006 logo.
