In late 1991, Mattel created the Mattel Games division. Prior to this time, its games were marketed under the umbrella Mattel brand and logo. The following year, Mattel Games' business was boosted with the purchase of International Games, publisher of games such as Uno and Skip-Bo.
This logo was used on popular games such as Uno and Phase 10. However, on some game products, the logo did not carry the word "Games".
