This logo was first introduced when McDonald's opened its first Austria branch in Vienna on 1977.
1984–2003[]
In 1984, the logo was given a red background and the text became white.
2003–2006[]
Alternate variant of the logo as seen on the McDonald's commercials that aired between 1998 and 2003 with the slogans "McDonald's ist einfach gut" and "Every time a good time". It is also used for signage.
2006–present[]
