This logo was first introduced in Colombia when McDonald's opened its first Colombian branch in Centro Andino, Bogotá on July 14, 1995.

2006–present[]
As part of the first restaurant redesign for decades, called 'Forever Young', the logo was redesigned.
2019–present[]
In 2019, McDonald's reverted back to their red color that was in the logo since 2014.
