This logo was first introduced when McDonald's opened its first Czech Republic branch in Prague on March 20, 1992, when it was part of Czechoslovakia.

2006–present[]
As part of the first restaurant redesign in decades (called 'Forever Young'), the logo was redesigned in 2006.
