Media Group Ukraine was one of three big media groups of Ukraine. It was founded in 2010 by System Capital Management. Media Group Ukraine formerly operated 12 national and 3 regional commercially operated TV channels, and a news website.
On July 22, 2022, all MGU TV channels stopped broadcasting, as the group returned all of its licenses back to the government. It was approved on the Natsrada meeting the day before the closure.
