Mediaset is a media company in Italy with businesses in television and film among others, that make it the predominant Italian privately-owned media company, especially in television. It has interests in other countries, most notably Spain, where Mediaset España is one of the two main commercial TV broadcasters (the other being Atresmedia). As of 2024, the company is owned by MFE - MediaForEurope, itself controlled by Fininvest.

Mediaset's logo (originally Silvio Berlusconi Communications) represents the head of the Biscione and a flower, both coming from the early logos of Telemilano/Canale 5.
