It was started out as one of the first segments of Aksyon during 2010 as Aksyon Metro.

On February 6, 2012, Aksyon divided into two parts, Metro Aksyon, which broke away from being a segment still focuses on police reports around Metro Manila, and Jun Sabayton hosted "Anong Problema Mo", while remaining 30 minutes is the national and other news. It then became an emergency protocol when its former lead-in public service program, T3: Kapatid, Sagot Kita, of the Tulfo brothers was given a long-term suspension by the MTRCB following numerous controversies that hounded the show.
Metro Aksyon ended on January 4, 2013 thus re-expanding Aksyon to 45 minutes on January 7, 2013 with Metro Aksyon being a segment once again but with no logo assigned.
