The Candidate City logo was unveiled on November 27, 2018 during its presentation at the ANOC General Assembly in Tokyo, Japan. The logo of its candidature the bid logo is a stylised Milan Cathedral with a façade morphing into a mountain, echoing the Alps and the Dolomites. The green, white and red spires represent the Italian flag, with the design asserted to show the unity between Milan and Cortina.
2019–2021
After winning the hosting rights over Stockholm/Åre, they removed the Candidate City identifier and will keep their interim logo until the official logo unveiling.

The official Olympic and Paralympic emblems will be chosen by the public in an online vote during the Sanremo Music Festival from March 2-6, 2021. The winning design will be revealed during 'Olympic Night', a special show on Rai 1.[1]
