Modular Windows was an embedded version of the Windows 3.1 operating system developed by Microsoft. It was only ever used for the Tandy Video Information System, itself a commercial failure. This logo only appears on the packaging and software of the Software Development Kit CD-ROM released in 1992, and on a trademark from that year.
