Morgan was a Canadian department store chain, founded in 1845 as Henry Morgan & Co., Limited in Montreal, Québec, Canada. Originally contained to Québec, it soon spread to Ontario by the 1950s. It was acquired by the Hudson's Bay Company in 1960 and dissolved in 1973.

Morgan's did not have a consistent standardized logo prior to 1949. However, the two signs above served as the main visual branding for the department store for many years prior to 1949.

This new identity debuted alongside that of Hudson's transformation into The Bay on September 20, 1965. Ontario carried this updated logo from then onward, while Québec kept the 1962 mark until July 1967.
