Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade was lemonade variant of Mtn Dew and part of the defunct Spiked series. The word spiked comes from the fact that the drink is "spiked" with prickly pear cactus juice. In Canada, the series is labeled as Extra. Although discontinued in stores in 2018, Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade continued to be sold at Taco Bell until very early 2019.
