n-tv (pronounced en-tefau; stylised on-air as ntv since 2017) is a 24-hour news channel in Germany owned by Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. It is a sister channel to RTL, VOX and RTL Zwei, among others.
Its traditional competitor is Welt (known as N24 until 2018), which is owned by Axel Springer (and formerly by ProSiebenSat.1 Media, the chief competitor of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland).
