NDTV is a Santa Catarina-based television station network that is affiliated with RecordTV. It was formed in 2008 as RIC SC, after a merger of Rede SC (affiliated with SBT) and Record’s stations in Santa Catarina. (formerly part of RCE) Years later, RIC would spun off their operations in Santa Catarina.

RIC Record[]
2008-2013[]
In 2007, Rede SC's contract with SBT expired. That same year after a affiliation deal with Record was announced, Grupo Petrelli began a process that the Rede SC stations would be unified with their RICTV stations. (based in Paraná) Record sold their three Santa Catarina stations but agreed to RIC to manage these stations on behalf of Record. Because of this, Rede SC became RIC Record.
RICTV Santa Catarina[]
2013-2016[]
In 2013, the station was changed to match the same as its Paraná counterpart.
2016-2019[]
NDTV[]
2019-present[]
In 2019, RIC spun-off their Santa Catarina operations and were renamed to NDTV.
