NTV-Plus Sport was a sports network launched by NTV-Plus satellite television provider on January 22nd, 2002, temporarily replacing TV6 network until the new broadcaster could be chosen for the Moscow station, broadcasting a mixture of programming from its satellite counterpart and NTV-Plus Football while heavily promoting NTV-Plus. NTV-Plus Sport was replaced with TVS on June 1st. NTV-Plus would revisit the channel concept in 2009, with the launch of NTV-Plus Sport Plus.
