Designer:  Dragon Rouge
Typography:  Azo Sans (graphics package)
Launched:  5 March 2018

This logo first appeared on 18 January 2018. The letters "ntv" appear for the first time since 2006, with the Circle 7 logo being dropped after 17 years. The change occurred during a late-night broadcast of CJ Wow Shop on 5 March, with the logo previously appearing in teasers and program trailers for programs that were planned to broadcast on or after 5 March. The new graphics were designed by Dragon Rouge.

On 16 February 2021, the channel's owner Media Prima stated in a press release that the channel would not "cease[d] operations as perceived and reported by certain quarters" to make way for DidikTV KPM; however, current NTV7 staff would now focus on the latter channel's running.
