Noggin 1999

Noggin was launched on February 2, 1999 and was a joint-venture between Nickelodeon and the Children's Television Workshop (Now Sesame Workshop)

The logo was created by Big Blue Dot. Just like its sister channel Nickelodeon, its logo could take many shapes and colors. The bottom half consisted of a face, while the upper half could be replaced by various playful images.

2009-2010

On September 28, 2009, Noggin was renamed Nick Jr., taking its name from what used to be a block on the Nickelodeon channel. The Nick Jr. block had ended on Nickelodeon previously the same year.
