Nickelodeon launched in Australia on 23 October 1995 replacing the Max and ClassicMax channels, offering live action shows and cartoons.
2010–present
The channel started using this logo on 26 March 2010. This logo would be based from the one that has been used in the United States since 28 September 2009. On 1 December 2010 the Australian version launched in New Zealand, replacing the New Zealand version of Nickelodeon.
