This radio station, which was initially called “Sowt Al-Islam” began broadcasting from Mecca in 1962. It was known by name only and did not have its own logo.

Its name was changed in 1971 to "Nida Al-Islam" but it remained without a logo until 2005 when it used the logo of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Radio as its logo.
2005-2013[]
In 2013, as Part of The plan to Develop the Saudi radio broadcasting network, Nida Al-Islam Radio adopted its own logo, with The Silver color chosen for The Logo.
