NordesTV launched on April 2, 2012 in Sobral, Ceará, after TV Jangadeiro changed its affiliation from SBT to Rede Bandeirantes.
2015-2020; 2024-present[]
In 2015, TV Jangadeiro and NordesTV switched affiliations, with NordesTV becoming an Rede Bandeirantes affiliate.
NordesTV closed in 2020, with Bandeirantes replacing it with TV Bandeirantes Ceará. In 2024, NordesTV returned to the air.
