On March 1, 2011, the A-League revoked the club's license.
Northern Fury (2012-2017)[]
On October 3, 2012, the club was reformed under the name Northern Fury after being granted a license to compete in the National Premier Leagues Queensland.
North Queensland United (2018)[]
Northern Fury rebranded as North Queensland United before dissolving again at the end of the 2018 football season in Queensland.
