After the channel was acquired by the Serbian-based United Group in April 2018, Pink M was renamed to Nova M on 9 October 2018.

On 9 October 2021, three years after their renaming, Nova M and Nova BH updated their logos and graphics to match the Croatian Nova TV and the Serbian Nova S.
