In 2025, Grupo Dial Brasil launched a joint-venture with Grupo Thathi, creating a new merged station called Nova Paradiso FM — moving their frequency to 89.5 MHz — replacing Novabrasil FM Rio de Janeiro, which had occupied that frenquecy — due to the sale of the original 95.7 MHz frequency by then owner Alvorada FM to Rádio Novo Tempo — part of the Brazilian branch of the Seventh-day Adventist Church — in December. The combined station was launched on April 1, 2025.
