Mobbi was soft launched on September 23, 2021, as Mo88i, a used car digital trading platform powered by Mobil88.

On November 25, 2022, PT Astra Digital Mobil (the associated company of Mobil88) took over Mo88i and rebranded the platform as Mobbi, with the symbol retained.
OLXmobbi[]
2024–present[]
On March 18, 2024, Mobbi merged with OLX Autos and Mobil88 to form OLXmobbi. The symbol was replaced with the current OLX logo, the dot on the "i" was replaced with orange color, and the byline on the bottom became smaller.
