In 2006, HP acquired VoodooPC for an undisclosed amount. in 2016, HP introduced the VoodooDNA branding on HP branded gaming and high performance PCs to specify that it uses the same tech as the VoodooPC.

In 2013, HP dropped the VoodooPC and VoodooDNA branding in favor of a new name: HP OMEN, but the tribal mask logo was kept as a secondary logo and mostly used as a default wallpaper for its PCs and in some marketing materials during its first three years. The 2014 "Hewlett-Packard" full wordmark was used on its laptops.
2016–2020[]

In 2016, HP Omen line became a gaming sub-brand of HP, hence the new name as "Omen by HP". Also the diamond tribal mask logo became a main logo once again as this replaces the full name wordmark on its laptops.
2020–present[]
In 2020, the tribal mask logo and the "by HP" byline was dropped in favor of a newly redesigned diamond logo and a new typeface.
