One PH is a Filipino-language news channel based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. It is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. through Cignal TV. It was soft launched on February 18, 2019 and was officially launched on July 31, 2019, on satellite provider Cignal; and also via DWET-TV's digital subchannel in Mega Manila.

On February 18, 2019, new programs were added to the station's official line-up, whilst most of the old programs were retained. On the other hand, the satellite channel counterpart, will be officially metamorphosed as One PH, with its channel space being reassigned to channel 6.

On March 8, 2020, One PH was given a slightly revamped look and reassigned to Cignal channel 1, replacing the community promotion channel, while One Sports (launched as a free-to-air channel replacing 5 Plus) was reassigned to channel 6.
On February 1, 2024, RPTV, a joint venture of TV5 Network and Nine Media Corporation, was launched. RPTV took over Channel 5.02 and replaced One PH.
