Ooredoo Palestine is one of two mobile phone operators in the State of Palestine, the other being Jawwal, owned by Paltel. Before November 2018 it was known as Wataniya Telecom, making it the last company to drop that name in favour of Ooredoo, coming a few years after Wataniya Telecom in the Maldives (December 23, 2013) and Kuwait (May 2014).
