Orange Sport 2 was launched as Boom Sport Two on September 13, 2008.

Dolce Sport 2[]
2010–2012[]
On September 14, 2010, Boom Sport Two became Dolce Sport 2. At first, Dolce Sport 2 was only aired during the UEFA Champions League evenings. However, after January 22, 2011, it started broadcasting 24 hours a day.
2012–2017[]
On June 1, 2012, Dolce Sport channels had undergone a major rebranding, with Dolce Sport 2 also rebranding.
An HD feed was launched on November 25, 2014, following the closure of Dolce Sport HD.
Telekom Sport 2[]

On September 12, 2017, Dolce Sport 2 became Telekom Sport 2.
On July 21, 2021, Orange Romania bought the Telekom Sport channels from Telekom Romania.[1]
Orange Sport 2[]

On March 29, 2024, it was announced that Orange Sport's channels will cease broadcasting on June 30 of that year.[2] The date was later moved to July 1.
