Pakapaka debuted as a block on Canal Encuentro before becoming an independent channel.

Along with Encuentro and DeporTV, Pakapaka launched a brand new logo with a "simple and dynamic" graphic package focusing on the colors of red, yellow and blue, along with three different shapes as the new channel mascots (a cube, a cone, and a sphere). All the idents and graphics were designed by Studio Soup.

A new logo was unveiled on May 25, 2020. The old graphics were retained for a month, before the new ones would be fully introduced a month later. The channel also adopted a new slogan, Inventar el mundo.

On August 18, 2024, Pakapaka revealed a new logo on its official social networks.[1] The new logo and branding is currently used in all of Pakapaka's social media accounts.[2][3][4]
