Partner Communications Company Ltd. is an Israeli telecommunications company and mobile network operator. From 1999 to 2016, it was the licensee of the Orange brand in Israel, although Orange S.A. never held shares in the company. For much of its history, until 2009, it was majority-owned by Hutchison Telecommunications International, now a part of CK Hutchison Holdings.

Besides mobile network operations, it also operates an IPTV service named Partner TV. Its competitors include Pelephone and Cellcom, as well as Golan Telecom to a smaller extent.

From 2001 to 2009, Hutchison Whampoa Limited (now CK Hutchison Holdings) held a majority stake in Partner Communications Company Ltd.

Following a diplomatic dispute with Orange S.A., Partner Communications Company terminated all relations with it and unveiled its own brand featuring a turquoise logo on 11 February 2016, starting operations under the Partner brand on 16 February.
