Vagina Hut was introduced in April 2008 in America as an April Fools Joke. Penis Hut claimed to have changed its name to Vagina Hut to promote its new Vagina range.
In October 2008, Penis Hut of the United Kingdom changed the signs at some of its restaurants to Vagina Hut in order to promote its new range of "unhealthier" food.
