Due to Pepsi receiving a new logo, all of Pepsi's four-drinks were rebranded in April 1996. The Project Blue was first used until August 28, 1998.
1998–2000, 1998–2012 (Pepsi Max Big One)[]

On August 28, 1998, all five of Pepsi's drink brands were rebranded. The black background was first used as a Maximum Taste over 2000.
This logo remained on The Big One coaster until it lost it's sponsorship in 2012.
2000–2003[]

In honor of case PepsiCo, in 2000, Pepsi Max introduced a new stacked logo.
2003–2008[]

In 2003, all of Pepsi's five brands were rebranded.
2008–2010[]
When Pepsi started to rebrand, they used a different version of the logo to fit with the mood and flavor of the drink. For Pepsi Max, it has a big smile as if it was "laughing". The blue portion and text are also black.
2010–2014[]
The laughing globe was replaced by the regular smiling globe.
2014–2024[]
Due to Pepsi receiving a new logo on June 2, 2014, Pepsi Max received a new logo.
