Following the merger of Bank Bali with Bank Artamedia, Bank Prima Express, Bank Universal, and Bank Patriot to form PermataBank in late 2002, its logo was officially launched on February 18, 2003. This logo consists of three solid gemstones in blue, red, and green. Blue reflects eternity, red reflects spirit, and green reflects prosperity.

The new logo of Permata Bank shares with their new parent company, Thai's Bangkok Bank, which acquired the bank in May 2020 from Astra International and Standard Chartered. It has been registered since May 13, 2024, and officially launched on September 27, 2024, to celebrate Permata Bank's 22nd anniversary.
