In 1995, Pharmacia merged with Upjohn to become Pharmacia & Upjohn.

The visual identity was created by Newell & Sorrell. Tho logo depicts a stone with three symbols: a star, a bird and a hand.

In 2000, Pharmacia & Upjohn merged with Monsanto and took the name Pharmacia Corporation. The new identity was done by Landor Associates.

Pharmacia was bought by Pfizer in 2002, and the name is no longer in use.
