The logo uses a blue, red and gold color scheme to allude to the Philippine flag. The league's initials "PFL" and three gold stars are fitted inside a white ball to signify a football. For the Final Series, a gold-colored variant of the logo exist which is exclusively used on a black background.
With the league motto: "One Passion, One League"
