On October 25, 1983, Pikku Kakkonen received its trademark logo featuring combination of different creatures forming a large "2". The Finnish illustrator Camilla Mickwitz designed and animated stop-motion opening and ending sequences for the children's program.

1994–2009

From November 7, 1994 onward, opening and ending sequences were updated with the computer animation. On December 23, 1997, the acoustic theme music used since the beginning was replaced with a newer, electronic arrangement.
