Pinoy Big Brother premiered on August 21, 2005. Months before the show's premiere, the logo was featured in a scene of the drama series Mga Anghel na Walang Langit on a T-shirt of one of the passersby, indicating that the show was announced few months before its premiere. This logo is still used at the roof of the PBB house.
