Pirilampo Mágico is a Portuguese fundraising campaign organized by the FENACERCI and sponsored by Antena 1 and RTP+, that aims to sell a "firefly" doll with two plastic eyes and a luminous antenna, as a fundraising event for cooperatives and organizations that support children with mental disabilities and economic needs. Usually, this campaign takes place annually between May and June, and has been held since 1987.

In the May 2018 edition the Pirilampos were redesigned and began being manufactured from plastic; the new design was so unsuccessful that it didn't finish supplies of the first campaign, so a new campaign - the first one to be the second within the same year - was organized in October 2018.

The COVID-19 pandemic postponed the 2020 campaign to October 2021; since then the campaign has started in October instead of its usual start in May, although this would be reversed in 2023.
