The Pittsburgh Cable News Channel, abbreviated as the PCNC, is a 24-hour regional cable TV news channel in the Pittsburgh area, owned by the Cox Media Group. It was launched on New Year's Day of 1994. All of its programming is simulcasted and replayed from sister station WPXI.
