Until December 2019 it was a joint venture between the Slovenian state-owned telecommunications company Telekom Slovenije and the Greek-headquartered Southeast European media group Antenna Group, when the former acquired it completely.[1] On October 1, 2020 TV2 aquired the channel from Telekom Slovenije.[2]
