On October 6, 2008, Polsat Zdrowie i Uroda was renamed to Polsat Cafe. With this, logo was changed to look more like the main channel, Polsat.
2020—2021[]
Polsat Café, along with seven other sister channels (Super Polsat, Polsat Film, Polsat 2, Polsat Doku, Polsat Play, Polsat Seriale and the international channel Polsat 1), introduced new logos and graphics packages on April 6, 2020. The graphics and theme music are derived from those used by the parent channel since February 2019.
2021 (unused)[]
With the renaming of Cyfrowy Polsat to Grupa Polsat Plus on June 10, 2021, tentative logos for Polsat News and several other Polsat channels emerged, which had been registered with the Polish trademark office. However, these logos with various objects were eventually unused, and the final logos all use the waves of the new Polsat logo.

Telewizja Polsat revealed a new logo on June 10, 2021, alongside Plus and the newly rebranded parent company, Grupa Polsat Plus. However, the Polsat TV channels started to show elements of the rebranding only on August 2, 2021. All the Polsat channels, including Polsat Café, officially changed their logos and graphics on August 30, 2021, on the same day as TVN7, another large Polish television channel.
