Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) is a major bank in Croatia and a subsidiary of the Italian Intesa Sanpaolo group since 2007. It was founded in 1966 by the state and privatised in 1999. It is the second-largest bank in the country, after Zagrebačka banka, which is owned by UniCredit, another Italian banking group.
