P&G’s long history in the Philippines began in 1935 when the company expanded its international presence with the acquisition of the Philippine Manufacturing Company (PMC). This made P&G Philippines the company’s first operations in the Far East and the third oldest globally.

In 1964, as part of expansion, Procter and Gamble merged with its Filipino counterpart. P&G-PMC adopted the "Moon and Stars" logo. Until present, the old logo, originally displayed at its original plant in Tondo, Manila, continues to be displayed at Cabuyao Plant in Laguna.

1989–1992[]
The "P&G" wordmark shares with the US version without its final "Moon and Stars" logo that was introduced alongside this logo.

Earlier in 2003, it was designed using the font called Times New Roman. It was lasted until 2011 when P&G celebrated it's 75th anniversary.

This logo is currently used as P&G Philippines' corporate logo, and also appeared in some advertisements, its website and on some of their products. In most cases, the main 2003 logo is being used.
